Qualifications

• Willingness to travel 1–2 overnights per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a field sales and clinical team to achieve targets and long-term growth.
• Execute strategic territory and quarterly business plans.
• Provide comprehensive clinical support, including patient education and device programming.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strengthen existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Business teams on sales initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Represent the company at clinical meetings and training programs.
• Manage territory operations with reporting, inventory stewardship, and compliance.
• Maintain deep clinical, technical, and product knowledge; stay current on competitors.
• Utilize CRM and analytics tools to drive insights and performance.
