Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Territory Executive for Sacral Neuromodulation in the Buffalo, NY area. The role will lead a field sales and clinical team, execute strategic territory plans, and provide clinical support to customers including device programming and education.

You will build strong relationships with physicians and hospital leaders, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth. Travel 1–2 overnights weekly is expected.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience.
Bachelor's degree required.
Proven track record of sales success.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
High initiative and creativity; ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel 1–2 overnights per week.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a field sales and clinical team to achieve business targets and long‑term growth.
Execute strategic territory and quarterly business plans aligned with organizational goals.
Provide comprehensive clinical support, including patient education, device programming, follow‑up, and in‑service training.
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital leadership, and other healthcare stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening existing accounts.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Business teams to implement effective sales and educational initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and healthcare system changes to adjust strategies proactively.
Represent the company at clinical meetings, conferences, and training programs.
