The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to drive flawless store-level sales and promotional plans across assigned retailers in Jamestown NY, Bradford PA, Warren PA, and Lakewood NY.

The TSL will master retail execution, leverage data and KDM partnerships to maximize incremental sales, maintain 100% distribution on Hershey items, and lead merchandising initiatives with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifikationen

• GED or HS Diploma.
• 2-year Associate/Community College degree required OR 3 years of previous sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Consultative business partnering with customer KDMs to develop and execute action plans to increase sales.
• Analyze store, product and market data to build the business and guide decisions.
• Engage in forward selling and maximize sales through store walk-throughs and credible commitments from KDMs.
• Complete and submit daily/weekly activity, expense and promotions reports; manage admin tasks within territory.
