Job summary

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists in Western Massachusetts is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive new customer growth through consultative selling and tailored service solutions. You will build a strong pipeline, prospect within the territory, and coordinate with operations for onboarding.

You'll conduct appointments, present proposals, negotiate terms, and collaborate with sales, service, and operations to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience; healthcare, service based, or route-based sales experience a plus.
• Proven ability to prospect, manage a pipeline, and close new business.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities in Western Massachusetts.
• Prepare proposals, present products or services, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Collaborate with service and operations to onboard new customers.
• Document sales activities, manage pipeline, and forecast accurately.
• Represent ImageFIRST at industry events and networking opportunities.
