Job summary

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive new customer growth, identify, qualify, and close accounts within an assigned territory, delivering tailored service solutions and cross-functional onboarding to ensure long-term success.

Based in Pittsburgh, PA, the TBM reports to the Regional Sales Manager, travels within the territory, and maintains a robust pipeline using CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience; healthcare, service based, or route-based sales experience a plus.
• Proven ability to prospect, manage a pipeline, and close new business.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities through phone block, cold calls, dynamics connections, emails, networking, and referrals.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance goals.
• Prepare proposals, present products or services as tailored solutions, negotiate terms, and close new business deals.
• Collaborate with service and operations to onboard new customers.
• Accurately document sales activities, pipeline stages, and forecasts.
• Represent ImageFIRST at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
