Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in San Francisco, CA seeks a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop a team of Sales Merchandisers, drive sales, stock areas, and communicate with store personnel.

You will train staff, educate customers on brands, maintain policy knowledge, and report progress to the Market Sales Manager. This is a physical role with lifting, driving, and flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Minimum conversational proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Experience in customer service or sales
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks
• Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends
• Computer, printing capability, internet access, and email required

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and Leads
• Educate customers and store personnel on client brands and product lines
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations
