Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will stock and maintain assigned areas and communicate store needs to the Market Sales Manager.

Responsibilities include training staff, educating customers on brand products, and ensuring policy compliance while maintaining confidentiality of company information.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency is required.
• Customer service or sales experience is required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and team leads.
• Educate customers and staff on product features and benefits.
• Maintain high quality work to meet client expectations.
• Know and follow all company policies and report outcomes to manager.
• Utilize handheld devices accurately and confidentially.
• Travel to additional locations as needed for coverage.
