Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role involves stocking, area maintenance, and clear store communication. Reports to the Market Sales Manager.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, educating on product lines, and maintaining policy accuracy while supporting client goals. Travel to additional locations may be necessary; a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or sales is required.
• Experience/comfort level with electronics/technical products is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license required; travel to multiple locations may be necessary.
• Conversational English required (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Train and develop Sales Merchandisers and other Territory Sales Leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and benefits.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Know and follow all company policies.
