Anderson Merchandisers in Washington, DC is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and ensure retailer and client expectations are met.

This role involves stocking, store communications, training staff, and educating customers about product lines with a focus on hands-on leadership and field success. A valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs, with occasional lifting up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Experience with electronics/technical products preferred.
• Must be able to work nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance required.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport daily with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Follow company policies and communicate with Market Sales Manager.
• Knowledgeable use of handheld device in store operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client and retailer information.
