Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role involves stocking, store communication, and educating customers about product lines.

You will train team members, maintain high standards, and report to the Market Sales Manager. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience is required.
• Experience/comfort level with electronics/technical products.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Sales Merchandisers and Territory Sales Leads.
• Train and develop associates to drive sales and meet client expectations.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and features.
• Maintain high quality work and protect confidentiality of company information.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
