Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal associates.
• Educate customers and store personnel on features and benefits of client brands.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Report successes or potential barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Knowledge of all handheld device functions and usage.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
