Parts ASAP is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to own the Pacific Northwest territory. You will be on the road visiting dealerships and rental stores, building partnerships and growing a territory you shape.

Your base salary provides stability while uncapped commissions offer high earning potential. Expect ~50% travel to meet dealers and customers, and to close deals across construction and equipment parts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of business development or outside sales experience.
• Agriculture or construction parts experience is a big plus.
• Knowledge of rubber tracks and construction equipment is essential.

Responsabilités

• Own the Pacific Northwest territory and run a business development plan with clear goals.
• Build real relationships with equipment dealers and rental stores as their go-to resource for parts.
• Find and open new accounts, expand existing ones, and spot opportunities others miss.
• Close deals by presenting solutions, negotiating, and meeting targets.
• Provide market feedback to sales, marketing, and product teams to shape offerings.
• Take care of customers by resolving product and service issues with the warranty team.
• Log visits and opportunities in the CRM daily.
