Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead in Texas (Cypress, Tomball, or Katy) to drive store-level sales and promotions. You will develop relationships with key decision makers, analyze data, and optimize merchandising and routes to maximize distributions and incremental sales.

The role requires driving, territory management expertise, and a customer-focused mindset. Starting base salary is $54,000 with additional incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have valid US driver's license and be able to drive daily.
• Residence within the territory or willingness to commute within Texas Territory.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute store-level sales and promotions within assigned territory.
• Develop and manage relationships with customer decision makers (KDMs).
• Analyze store data and adjust routes for efficiency.
• Contribute to merchandising and promotional plans.
• Drive incremental sales and ensure distribution of Hershey items.
