Job summary

The Hershey Company in Austin District is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to ensure flawless execution of store level sales and promotions across high-volume grocers and mass merchandisers.

You will build consultative partnerships with key decision makers, analyze store data, and drive merchandising, with starting base salary of $54,000 plus overtime incentives and comprehensive benefits. Willingness to relocate within Austin District is required.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma is required.
• 2-year degree or 3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consultative business partnering with customer decision makers to drive sales.
• Develop and execute action plans with KDMs to increase sales.
• Build and maintain relationships to influence merchandising and product placement.
• Analyze store, product, and market data to guide decisions.
• Conduct store walk-throughs to maximize sales opportunities.
• Complete daily/weekly activity reports and administrative tasks.
