Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our sales team in Montana. You will expand customer relationships, develop selling strategies for new and existing accounts, and help grow volume and profitability across the territory.

You will work with experienced sales personnel to learn the business, target opportunities, and support positive customer engagements while upholding quality and safety standards across accounts.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business Management/Marketing preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Grow volume and profitability in accounts through product distribution, availability, and promotions.
• Develop new business opportunities focusing on key accounts and top opportunities.
• Meet with key clients, assist sales reps with maintaining relationships and closing deals.
• Review sales performance to determine effectiveness and areas for improvement.
