Batesville is seeking an Account Executive to serve Funeral Home clients in the Birmingham, AL area. You will present, support, and sell Batesville products and services within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of field sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells products and services within an assigned geographic area to funeral home accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Identifies customer needs using effective selling practices and empathetic listening
• Negotiates prices and delivery times within authority
• Maintains client files and builds consultative relationships with key personnel
• Provides written and verbal reports to the Regional Sales Director
• Quotes prices and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
• Leads collection efforts as needed.
