Job summary

Sola is seeking a driven Territory Sales Executive in our West Midtown Atlanta office. You will lead new business development, product and state launches, and manage relationships with insurance agency partners to drive revenue.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of territory management experience, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for growing a startup. This is an in-person role with growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Love for building relationships and driving revenue.
• Startup mindset with initiative and creative thinking.
• 3–5 years' experience managing a sales territory.
• Self-starter with willingness to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Visit and reach out to insurance agencies and distribution partners.
• Engage with distribution partners to help them achieve goals with excellent service.
• Build a network of referrals within the insurance industry.
• Develop and iterate a deal-tracking and relationship-management system.
• Attend conferences and trade shows to find new agencies and partners.
• Conduct regular on-site and virtual check-ins with agencies to ensure goals are met.
