Job summary

Sola is hiring an Associate Account Manager in West Midtown, Atlanta, GA to own day-to-day service requests for agents and policyholders. You’ll learn the business from the inside and collaborate with the Account Management team, claims and insurance groups to keep accounts clean and moving.

You should be a year or two out of school with high-volume service experience, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow into an Account Manager role. This on-site position reports to Kyle Baker.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume sales or service role.
• A strong work ethic with a track record of hitting targets with real numbers.
• Care for accuracy to ensure admin work is correct on the first pass.
• Clear, warm and professional communication on phone and in writing.
• Natural ability to build relationships and keep customers happy.
• Coachability and interest in growing into Account Manager.
• Based in Atlanta or open to relocating and in-person on West Midtown team.”

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day service requests for agents and policyholders (e.g., address updates, portal uploads).
• Ensure requests are handled quickly, accurately and kindly the first time.
• Learn how policies, endorsements and claims work while supporting Account Managers.
• Maintain up-to-date account records and your own queue of open requests.
• Flag issues and retention risks early to Account Managers.
• Create simple checklists and templates to speed common requests.
