Job summary

Sola is hiring an Account Manager to own a book of active independent agency partners in West Midtown, Atlanta. You’ll be the go-to advisor, keeping agencies in daily sales conversations with Sola and helping them become bigger writers.

You’ll partner with Territory Sales Managers and product teams to train agents on our tools, resolve escalations quickly, and drive retention and growth through strong CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a book of accounts or partners in account management or a partner-facing role.
• Proven retention and growth results with numbers.
• Strong CRM habits and data-driven time management.
• Clear, warm communication with business owners by phone, email and in person.
• Based in Atlanta or willing to relocate to work in West Midtown five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined book of active independent agencies and retain them.
• Grow quotes and policies written across your book.
• Maintain a regular cadence of check-ins, reviews and agency visits.
• Train agents on Sola's product, quoting tools and process.
• Resolve agency escalations quickly with cross-functional teams.
• Keep CRM records clean and provide a clear view of account health.
