Qualifications

• Five years plus of general insurance background, marketing or sales related experience.
• Minimum of three years of Carrier experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales team members, including hiring and retaining associates.
• Engage in coaching activities for developing Territory Managers.
• Assist with developing state specific strategies, research, and planning.
• Create structure for agency appointments and terminations.
• Provide training to agents on updates and product line changes.
