Choice Home Warranty is looking for a motivated Territory Account Executive to expand our relationships within the real estate community in Southern Chicagoland. As a sales professional, you will build partnerships and support real estate services across the territory.

Qualifications

• Existing book of business within Home Warranty, Real Estate, Mortgage, or Title industries.
• 3+ years of successful sales, recruiting, or account management experience.
• 2+ years of proven direct sales success.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate offices and agents.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct daily one-on-one sales presentations.
