Job summary

Jostens Independent Sales Representatives are individuals who build their own business as 1099 agents, focused on growing sales within assigned territories across the nation. You will sign new business, develop prospects, and increase market share while maintaining strong relationships with school admins, educators, students, and coaches.

The role requires entrepreneurial drive, self-motivation, and accountability, with regional and national travel as territories vary.

Qualifications

• Relevant and proven sales and/or sales management experience (consultative, educational, B2C).
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success developing new business and maintaining customer relationships through great customer focus.
• Highly disciplined and self-motivated.
• Demonstrated personal accountability for your own success and development.
• Regional/territory and national travel required (percentage varies dependent on territory location and demographics)

Responsibilities

• Grow your business through customer development within your territory.
• Sign new business, develop prospects, gain market share and increase sales of Jostens products.
• Lead relationships and collaborate with school administrations, organizations, advisors, teachers, students and coaches.
