The role requires owning the territory, building a robust pipeline, and representing Beckhoff at meetings, events, and trade shows while traveling 15-20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with technical experience.
• 5+ years in a sales or customer-facing technical role preferred.
• Strong communicator with a customer-first, consultative approach.
• Proven success in technical sales, ideally in industrial automation.
• Ability to think strategically and execute with urgency.
• Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory strategy by targeting new accounts and expanding key customer relationships.
• Translate customer challenges into compelling Beckhoff automation solutions.
• Expand existing accounts and secure new opportunities across OEMs, integrators, and end users.
• Maintain a strong pipeline, drive system opportunities to close, and exceed growth targets.
