Job summary

ChampionX is seeking a District Representative III in Dickinson, ND to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships. You will support customers with technical guidance, perform data-driven analyses, and collaborate with experienced sales teams to meet targets.

The role requires travel up to 25% and a strong emphasis on autonomy, communication, and reliability in a field sales environment. A valid driver's license and rigorous safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• High School or GED Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to understand needs and propose improvement plans to grow sales.
• Assist in customer service and account management under supervision of experienced sales professionals.
• Provide technical support and resolve customer complaints; escalate as required.
• Analyze systems data and provide written operational recommendations.
• Sell ChampionX innovations to promote long-term relationships.
• Develop relationships with plant/facility executives in current and new customers.
• Help achieve annual sales targets through targeting opportunities.
• Assist with collection of samples and conduct laboratory analysis.
• Travel up to 25% overnight to support the sales territory.
• Travel within assigned sales territory as needed.
