Job summary

ChampionX is seeking a Pump Repair Technician in Dickinson, ND. The role involves interfacing with customers, repairing pumps, assembling/disassembling rod pumps, managing inventory, and performing standard warehouse duties.

Candidates should be self-motivated, able to work independently or in teams, and possess basic computer skills. Requirements include a valid driver’s license (21+ to drive company vehicles), good communication and organizational skills, and the ability to read manufacturing

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in home state.
• Must be 21+ to operate company vehicle.
• Some computer skills are required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good driving record.
• Basic math and analytical skills.
• Solid technical skills to understand measuring machines and metalworking processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing documents.
• Self-motivated and disciplined to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Immigration sponsorship not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, manage repairs of parts and pumps, and perform warehouse duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Load and unload trucks with parts and pumps; stock material.
• Assemble and disassemble rod pumps; manage inventory.
• Repair pumps and deliver to customer locations.
• Answer phones and greet customers; other duties as required.
