Job summary

ChampionX is seeking a District Representative III in Dickinson, ND, to drive sales growth and deliver technical support for customer operations. You will collaborate with customers to identify needs, assist in account management, and promote ChampionX innovations within assigned territory.

The role emphasizes field sales, analytics, and relationship-building with key stakeholders, including plant executives, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• High School or GED Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role.
• 1–2 years of successful technical sales or field sales support experience.
• Experience in oil and gas industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internal business systems.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand business needs and develop continuous improvement plans to grow sales in the territory.
• Assist in customer service and account management under supervision of experienced sales professionals.
• Provide technical support and resolve customer complaints; escalate as needed.
• Analyze systems data and provide written recommendations to optimize operations.
• Promote ChampionX innovations and build long-term customer relationships.
• Build relationships with plant/facility executives in current and new customers.
• Aim to achieve annual sales targets through proactive opportunity targeting.
• Assist with sample collection and laboratory analysis.
