Job summary

• Minimum of two years of direct customer service experience, preferably in outside sales.
• Strong technology skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and product support of industrial, construction, and residential construction equipment.
• Prospect for new accounts, foster current customer relationships, and grow opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Deliver world-class customer service through knowledge of product offerings, service capabilities, and programs.
• Identify customer opportunities and recommend products or services to meet needs.
• Showcase items through product demonstrations prior to the sale.
• Walk customers through starting procedures and break-in periods after purchase.
• Follow up after the sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Participate in store events such as inventories, sales meetings, trade shows, trainings.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety standards.
