Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, seeks a Territory Specialist to manage sales orders, quotes, and customer relations from Tulsa, OK. You will review orders, maintain shipment schedules, and log customer data in CRM while coordinating with inside sales and field teams.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and organization, with Spanish language skills considered a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or combination of education and experience in a sales & service oriented role.
• Clear understanding of the sales processes required for success.
• Previous experience in a sales & service oriented role is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Enter and maintain sales orders and quotes in ERP.
• Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and communicate about quotes and orders.
• Maintain customer shipment schedule.
• Use CRM software to log notes and relevant customer information regarding on-going projects.
• Be team oriented and motivated for success.
