Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking a Territory Specialist to handle all customer-relations activities, including orders, quotes, and timely follow-up in an Inside Sales setting.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in sales and service, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. It is an on-site position based in Tulsa, OK, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or a combination of education and experience in a sales & service oriented role.
• Clear understanding of the sales processes required for success.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
• Be team oriented and take personal and self-responsibility for development and increased competency in role.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain sales orders and quotes in ERP.
• Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and communicate accordingly.
• Maintain customer shipment schedule.
• Use CRM software to log notes and relevant customer information.
• Be team oriented and motivated for success.
