Job summary

You will manage the full contract lifecycle, draft and review agreements, maintain databases, and coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel.

The role requires a two-year degree or paralegal certification and at least two years of relevant experience, with on-site duties in Tulsa, OK.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year degree or paralegal certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of paralegal or legal administrative support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SharePoint is advantageous.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and procedures.
• Experience with contract administration and corporate training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contracts (Distributor, Supply, Vendor) and related documents.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle: drafting, reviewing, tracking, renewing, and records.
• Maintain legal databases, repositories, and document management systems.
• Organize files, calendars, deadlines, and tasks for legal matters.
• Coordinate with internal departments and outside counsel on matters.
