Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, is seeking a Market Developer to drive sales in the Seattle area, covering WA and OR. You will call on architects, engineers, contractors, and installers, build relationships, and support distribution partners.

The role requires frequent travel within WA/OR, including overnight stays, and a strong background in outside sales with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant outside sales experience.
• Successful outside sales experience and time management.
• Experience in calling on Architects, Engineers, and end users preferred
• Comfortable calling on jobsites and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers within assigned territory to meet/exceed goals.
• Maintain solid working relationship with inside sales team and managers.
• Update customer profiles within CRM.
• Travel frequently within WA and OR (40%), including overnight travel.
• Attend industry events and corporate meetings as needed.
