Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking a Director, Inside Sales in Tulsa, OK. You will lead four sales managers and a 35+ person team, driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction and market expansion across construction, engineering and building products.

This role partners with field sales, engineering, operations, manufacturing and marketing to deliver profitable growth while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of sales leadership across multiple organizational layers.
• Experience leading sales teams and using data to drive decisions.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot.
• Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and analytics capabilities.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and operational improvements.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing team members.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute inside sales strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities within construction and engineering industries.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on commercial initiatives and priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop inside sales managers.
• Build accountability, collaboration, and a customer-focused culture.
• Conduct performance reviews and succession planning for the team.
• Travel up to 10% of working days as needed.
