Job summary

Amrize, through Duro-Last Roofing, is seeking a Sales Development Coordinator at our Saginaw, MI headquarters. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of sales experience.

This is an in-office role with travel to industry events and customer visits. You will support in-field sales reps, present product offerings, and help manage orders while coordinating plant tours and training for contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Field of Study Preferred: Management/Sales/Marketing or similar.
• 1-3 years sales experience.
• Travel to Industry Events and Customer visits (10% - 20%)

Responsibilities

• Frequent contact and support via phone with Duro-Last customers and associates, assisting with order management.
• Become well-versed in presenting all Duro-Last product line offerings.
• Provide all levels of sales support to in-field Sales Reps to keep them focused on selling.
• Assist with Plant tours and Duro-Last sales training to contractors.
• Pre-qualify leads for the territory and disperse them to the appropriate Sales Rep.
• Travel within territory to build loyalty with customers and create new business opportunities.
• Plan, exhibit, and execute industry trade shows.
• Participation in territory sales plans, meetings and evaluations.
• Drive territory growth by reviewing orders to maximize our $/sqft.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating plant tours for contractors and building owners.
• Attend and contribute during sales meetings with improvements.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
