Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a Sales Consultant to service retail stores in the North Palm Beach area. The role includes territory management, presenting products, merchandising, and ensuring accurate account activities.

You will build relationships, perform inventory checks, and execute sales initiatives while maintaining up-to-date records and delivering excellent customer service to drive growth for the distributor.

Qualifications

• BA/BS college degree or related industry experience.
• Prior route sales experience (highly preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goals and results driven.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation package).

Responsibilities

• Territory Management: ensure consistent customer contact and plan sales initiatives.
• Territory to North Palm Beach area: manage accounts and selling activities.
• Merchandising: use POS materials and optimize shelf and display locations.
• Servicing: perform sales calls, inventory checks, and minimize order mistakes.
• Administration: adhere to policies and timely paperwork.
