Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to partner with the field sales team, drive sales, and provide territorial and clinical coverage. You will support expansion efforts and collaborate with the Regional Manager to foster growth in identified markets.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or 3+ years in a related field, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel. Compensation includes a salary range with benefits and opportunities to contribute to patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4+ years).
• 2+ years of experience in sales (outside/inside) or 3+ years in sales in other industries.
• Experience in the medical device industry preferred.
• Ability to travel within defined geographic area.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and ongoing account management to drive productivity and growth within assigned territory and/or accounts.
• Manage revenue-generating projects and goals to support account ownership.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to increase selling time.
• Deliver exceptional service through team directives, revenue impact, clinical education needs, and execution of new business opportunities.
• Promote Inspire therapy within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Assist in developing quarterly business plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Provide clinical and technical support during implant procedures and device activations as needed.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with customers, office staff, and other key stakeholders.
