Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, life sciences, nursing or related field.
• 1+ years of medical device or B2B healthcare sales experience.
• Foundational understanding of hospital value analysis, contracting workflows and reimbursement dynamics.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Experience supporting accounts within IDN or GPO aligned systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day territory activities across Laborie’s MCH settings.
• Deliver product education alongside clinical educators; support case coverage and launches.
• Increase utilization growth and account expansion through clinical confidence and timely follow-ups.
• Maintain CRM documentation and comply with quality requirements; prepare for advancement into a Territory Manager role.
