Responsibilities

• Find and build relationships with customers in property management and facilities maintenance.
• Educate customers about Surface Experts capabilities and limitations.
• Follow the established sales process and document activities in CRM.
• Plan and execute sales strategy for territory; meet 10–15 contacts daily.
• Visit on-site facilities, conduct calls and follow-ups to close opportunities.
