Surface Experts of Central Iowa is seeking a Sales Representative to develop relationships with property management and facilities teams, educating them on our unique offerings and building trust.

You will meet 10-15 contacts daily, conduct on-site visits, and manage communications via phone and email while thriving in a base+commission environment with a flexible schedule. This on-site role emphasizes autonomy with accountability and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Find and build relationships with customers in property management and facilities maintenance.
• Educate customers about Surface Experts capabilities and limitations; build trust.
• Document sales activities in CRM; track from lead to Work Order and all steps.
• Plan and execute sales strategy for territory; report data daily/weekly.
