Surface Experts is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to grow our Florida franchise. You will identify prospects in property management and facilities, educate them on our services, and guide the sales cycle from lead to Work Order.

You will meet 12–15 contacts daily, perform on-site visits, calls and emails, and collaborate with a small team. The role offers commissions, training, and clear path for advancement.

Qualifications

• Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a metrics-based, process-driven sales team.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet 12–15 contacts daily with on-site visits, calls and emails.
• Educate customers on Surface Experts capabilities and build relationships.
• Document sales activities in CRM from lead to Work Order.
• Plan and execute territory sales strategy.
