Job summary

Surface Experts is hiring a Sales Representative to build relationships with property management and facilities maintenance clients. You will educate customers about our unique surface repair services and develop ongoing relationships.

Responsibilities include on-site visits, meetings with 12-15 contacts daily, and CRM-based tracking from lead to Work Order, while earning trust through service and problem-solving. Impressive mentorship and training accompany a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic.
• Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record.
• Professional, caring and service-minded.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with 12-15 contacts a day.
• On-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-ups
• Visiting a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.
• Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations
• Validating level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve
• Earning the trust with our Customers through serving
• Brainstorming and researching new customer opportunities
• Documenting sales activities in CRM; tracking a client from lead to Work Order and all the steps in between
• Reporting data accurately daily/weekly
• Planning and executing sales strategy for territory
