Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a Sales Representative in the Tampa area to build relationships with property managers and facilities teams. You will educate clients on our surface repair services and manage on-site visits, calls, and emails to convert leads into active Work Orders.

You will work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with training, mentorship, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented, self-starter and energetic.
• Enjoys working with other people.
• Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record.
• Professional, caring and service-minded.
• Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team.

Responsibilities

• Find and build relationships with customers in property management and facilities maintenance.
• Educate and build relationships with customers, explaining Surface Experts capabilities.
• Meet 12–15 contacts per day with on-site visits, calls, and emails.
• Develop customer relationships through trust and service.
• Document sales activities in CRM from lead to Work Order and all steps.
• Plan and execute territory sales strategy.
