Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate in Flagstaff, AZ to drive growth in a designated territory. You will prospect, build relationships with business owners, and present Altitude's insurance solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.

You will work in an outside sales role, setting your own schedule and developing a book of business. Training is provided, with weekly draw pay, bonuses, commissions, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered).

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a designated sales territory.
• Build and nurture relationships with small to medium-sized businesses.
• Prospect via cold calls, networking, and lead generation techniques.
• Close sales and ensure clients understand the value of Altitude's insurance solutions.
• Schedule follow-ups and maintain your own book of business.
• Meet monthly and quarterly goals with your sales manager.
