Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive growth in Idaho. You will prospect, build strong relationships with small to mid-size businesses, and present our insurance solutions while handling cold calls with resilience.

This outside sales role includes training, performance-based pay, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive, goal-driven team.

Qualifications

• Outside sales role in assigned territory.
• Experience with cold calling and meeting business owners/decision-makers.
• Must have Health & Life license or willingness to obtain (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients within territory via cold calls, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners and decision-makers; present insurance solutions.
• Close sales and secure long-term commitments; explain value to clients.
• Follow up with prospects to schedule meetings and set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
