Altitude Group is seeking resilient, results-driven individuals for an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate role in Oregon City, OR. You will independently manage a defined sales territory, prospect new clients, and build relationships with small to mid-size businesses to present Altitude's insurance solutions.

You will cold call, handle objections, and drive the sales cycle from first contact to close, with training and advancement opportunities built into a supportive, family-like culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life insurance or willingness to obtain the license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Strong resilience, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients within your territory.
• Relationship Building: Engaging with business owners and decision-makers to present Altitude's insurance solutions.
• Closing Sales: Using resilience and persuasive skills to close deals and ensure client understanding of value.
• Follow-ups: Scheduling and executing follow-up meetings to solidify relationships.
• Set your own scheduled working hours and submit them to your sales manager weekly.
