Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive growth in a designated sales territory. You will independently manage client outreach, build relationships with small to medium businesses, and use cold calls to generate opportunities.

You will receive training, develop product knowledge for insurance solutions, and work toward monthly and quarterly targets while advancing within the company. This role offers growth potential and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional outside sales experience required/acceptable.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license; licensing reimbursement offered.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within own territory to identify potential clients.
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Close sales and secure long-term commitments.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up meetings with clients.
• Maintain own book of business and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Prepare and submit sales metrics daily.
