Job summary

Straumann is seeking an Associate Territory Manager in the United States (Massachusetts) to support Territory Managers in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will assist with visits, education programs, account management, and referrals across assigned territories.

The role involves collaborating with marketing and education teams, attending events, and staying current with clinical studies to inform customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, account management, or related customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Able to work both independently and in collaboration with others.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to learn about dental implant products and Straumann solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Managers to drive sales and deliver customer satisfaction.
• Provide field coverage, account follow-up, and execution support for implant, regenerative and restorative product lines.
• Develop and manage existing customer accounts, identify needs, and coordinate resources.
• Assist in referral network development and opportunities with GP accounts.
• Support new customer acquisition and existing customer growth through meetings and follow-ups.
• Represent Straumann at customer events and education programs.
• Stay informed on key clinical studies and apply findings in interactions.
• Use SAP CRM to plan activities, maintain accounts, and log activities.
• Frequent travel to territories and schools as required.
