Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a Territory Manager in California to drive profitable sales across a defined territory and grow existing accounts while developing new business opportunities.

As a strategic partner to dental professionals, you will collaborate with marketing teams to execute launches, leverage events, and convert opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of sales experience in high-growth corporate markets.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record to maintain auto insurance.
• Experience in the medical device industry (preferred).
• Effective communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present and persuade.
• Strong written and spoken communication and ability to work with regional teams or independently.
• Proficiency in consultative selling with familiarity of Challenger methodology.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with dental professionals and tailor solutions across Straumann product lines.
• Drive profitable sales growth and maximize revenue within a defined territory.
• Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities with dentists and labs.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Market Communications on launches and sales objectives.
• Engage in education events and study clubs to grow existing customer base.
• Utilize SAP CRM to plan and measure activities against the territory’s customers.
• Keep current on clinical studies and present benefits in a clear, compelling manner.
• Maintain integrity and professional conduct at all times.
