Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative for the Milwaukee area to drive growth across Digital, Implant, Biomaterial, and Restorative lines. You will build relationships with dental professionals, manage a defined territory, and collaborate with marketing to launch new products.

Base salary ranges from $75k-$85k with a $55k-$60k commission plan (uncapped over plan). Vehicle mileage reimbursement and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years of sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Focus on customers: Build genuine relationships with dental professionals and tailor solutions across Straumann’s product lines.
• Take ownership: Drive profitable sales growth within a defined territory and maintain accounts.
• Create opportunities: Identify and convert new business with dentists, labs, and surgeons in the territory.
• Collaborate: Support marketing launches and sales objectives with Product Marketing and Market Communications.
• Engage: Use education events to develop customers and build brand loyalty.
• Be Agile: Adapt to changing customer needs and use SAP CRM to plan activities.
• Communicate Effectively: Present complex product benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Build Trust: Maintain high ethics and professional conduct.
