Nippon Sanso MATHESON is seeking a Safety Sales Specialist to grow safety product sales across Louisiana and surrounding states. You will develop market strategies and pricing to increase profitable sales while building strong customer partnerships.

The role requires 5+ years in safety product outside sales, knowledge of safety applications, a valid driver’s license, and strong MS Office skills. Travel ~50% of the time with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related outside sales within the safety products industry.
• Five years related experience in the safety industry desired.
• Successful track record of outside sales including growth and meeting sales targets.
• QSSP (Qualified Safety Sales Professional) preferred.
• Knowledge of safety products and their applications in the market place.
• Proven change management skills and stakeholder management.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Communicate benefits and competitive advantages of MTG's product line and safety services.
• Set sales appointments and call on customers in assigned geographic zones.
• Manage and increase sales of safety equipment within territory.
• Pursue and acquire new and competitive accounts with emphasis on supply agreements.
• Review regional sales goals and gross profit margins within territory.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales plans to increase sales and profits.
• Prepare quotes, sales contracts and process orders.
• Prepare and present sales presentations to win safety products business.
