Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson is seeking a sales professional to sell welding products to business and industrial customers. You will travel within the assigned territory to call on customers, demonstrate products, and prepare contracts and terms for orders.

You will compile leads, manage relationships, and coordinate training and literature with inside and route sales teams, while maintaining customer data and processing payments.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Welding Technology or related field is required or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hazardous materials training and certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders.
• Travel throughout territory to call on customers.
• Demonstrate products and emphasize salable features.
• Quote prices and prepare sales contracts.
